Why are my PageFly pages not showing up in my draft theme?
Problem
The customer is experiencing issues with PageFly pages not displaying correctly when previewing an unpublished (draft) Shopify theme. They are seeing errors and inconsistencies.
Solution
PageFly is designed to work with the published, live theme on your Shopify store. To resolve this issue:
- Publish Your Theme: Ensure the theme you are working with is the currently published theme.
- Global Styling: Use the global styling feature so styling is consistent across all themes. [https://help.pagefly.io/page-structure-and-elements/editor/extra-functions/global-styling-feature]
- Theme Sync: When you publish a new theme, PageFly pages will automatically adapt to the new theme's settings. Saved sections can also be used within the published theme. For theme switching process, refer to: [https://help.pagefly.io/manual/switch-theme-process-in-pagefly/]
