How do I find the current URL of my PageFly page?

Problem


The user wants to change the URL or domain of their PageFly page but is unsure how to do so.

The user wants to find and share the correct URL of a PageFly page, including the editor URL when requested for troubleshooting.


Solution


Please refer to the following PageFly documentation for instructions on how to change the URL/domain of your page: https://help.pagefly.io/faq-and-troubleshooting/faqs/the-url-address-of-my-page

There are 2 different URLs you may see for a PageFly page:


  • Live page URL: the public storefront link of the page.
  • Editor URL: the link shown in your browser address bar when you open that page inside the PageFly editor.


To share the editor URL with the support team:


  1. Open the page in the PageFly editor.
  2. Copy the link from the browser address bar.
  3. Send that link to the support team.
  4. Save your work and close the editor page if asked, to avoid conflicts while the page is being checked.

The editor URL usually looks like this:


https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store/apps/pagefly/editor?type=page&id=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx


Make sure you send the editor URL, not the preview URL or the live page URL.
